The HFX mini storage WHS

image

Check this thing out. It's called the HFX mini storage WHS and it may be the coolest Windows Home Server to come along in a quite some time.

The HFX mini storage WHS is Atom 330 based (dual core), has 3 internal drives with massive heatsinks for cooling down the hard drives, tick rubber boxes reduces HDD sound to an absolute minimum and is expandible with second HFX mini storage box.

They also make a four drive version, the HFX mini server. This from the same company that brought you the RipNAS Windows Home Server. These guys are producing some cool stuff! Very cool indeed. No indication on price or availability.

Fin. Why not comment on what you've just read or even Digg It!

This is indeed VERY COOL!! and pricey (expected). I checked their web site for resellers and the price in Europe (NL) is 1390 Euros (3x 1TB) or upto 1960 euros with 3x2TB disks. I would expect it to cost 1.3 times more in USD$.
