The instruction are not for the faint of heart, but Windows Home Server team member Gautam shows how to run the Windows Home Server Console on a Mac, using Remote Desktop Connection Client for Mac. This should be perfect if you are a Mac user and are looking at the new HP LX195. :)

It would be even better if it could also back up my MacbookPro...... (hopefully one day.....)
Thank-you Donavon, for pointing me to this HowTo article!
I just used it to successfully connect to my HP EX470 from my MacBook Air.
Like Peter, so did I - I was also able to change the lame RDC icon, to the HP MSS standard icon, which my wife appreciates on her Macbbok. She's also in love with our EX470.
I'd also love to see the MSS control Center shortcut for OS X. Mounted drives are so unimpressive on OS X...
I hope OS X MSS connector software comes down with the EX470 update this month...
This is a great article. Paired with the Advanced Admin Console Addin, I now have full access to my HP EX470 WHS (to include getting to the server desktop)from my Mac. And the log in is significantly faster than through Windows Vista or Windows 7. Don't need the anticipated update to my EX470 HP package. If you use Macs, this is an absolute no-brainer, must have thing to do.
It works!
Thanx for this great article!
Ronny, Norway (macbook pro user)

MAC = Machine Address Code (NOT Media Access Control as you state)
